• Assistance, consulting, provision of relevant performers, and organization of their interaction in matters related to carrying out proper survey work at the initial and subsequent stages of design;
• Approval procedures for project elements during the design phase;
• Passing project expertise sections through departmental organizations and experts (including specialized industry-specific assessments of compliance with industry-specific national and international standards);
• Passing comprehensive State project expertise;
• Preparation of regulatory packages of documents and accompanying materials for obtaining permits to commence construction and installation works;

• Development and approval of proper executive and qualification documentation;
