INDUSTRIAL PROGRAMMING

Today, the automation and dispatching of production processes and engineering systems are becoming increasingly important in terms of: production efficiency; predictability; flexibility and prevention of emergency situations; elimination of the human factor and ensuring stable quality parameters of products; energy conservation; data preservation, processing, and much more.

Uniservice offers a full range of services for the automation and dispatching of production processes and engineering systems, from analysis and design to supply, installation, programming, and commissioning of automated control systems, namely:

  • Development of a pre-project proposal and agreement on the concept of the future system with the Customer.
  • Coordination of interaction between our system and related systems (fire suppression, alarms, power supply, lighting, etc.).
  • Development of a project for an automated control system using any existing hardware base, considering the Customer's preferences.
  • Supply of all necessary components for the future system: "from the mounting bus to the control station", from any manufacturer, depending on the Customer's task and budget.
  • Assembly of distribution panels and control panels at our own production and technical base, conducting all necessary tests before installation.
  • Installation of panels, sensors, transducers, and actuators, laying cable routes at the facility.
  • Commissioning and configuration of all configurable devices, elements, and units.
  • Conducting all necessary tests at the facility, including qualification works.

Development of software for upper and lower levels:

  • Development of software for controllers using IEC 61131-3 standard languages.
  • Testing of developed lower-level software on specialized test benches.
  • Development of local Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) for on-site process control, if necessary.
  • Development of upper-level software (SCADA), i.e., supervisory control systems, including the creation of graphical interfaces using visual libraries, database configuration for archive storage, setup of reports, and trend curves for maximum user-friendly operation. Always considering the requirements and preferences of future operators and representatives of the Customer's maintenance services for the final appearance and functionality of the control system.
  • Installation of software at the site, commissioning, testing under all modes, qualification of the interface, and its functionality. Testing the software's functionality in the presence of the Customer's representative using a pre-developed and agreed-upon methodology.
  • Development of as-built documentation, operation manuals, and training of personnel who will be working with the new system.
  • Service maintenance of the system during the warranty and post-warranty periods.

We utilize equipment from leading global manufacturers such as Siemens, Eaton, Schneider Electric, Legrand, Sauter, Johnson Controls, and others. Additionally, we are prepared to offer Customers products from other manufacturers according to their tasks, industry requirements, governmental standards, and within their specified budget.

We possess extensive experience in implementing diverse management systems and have developed solution libraries for both design and software aspects.

Furthermore, we offer the modernization of existing control systems that may be operational but do not meet the Customer's requirements for various reasons. Operating facilities and systems lacking automation and dispatching components can also be retrofitted and upgraded by our specialists to enhance their quality, productivity, safety, manageability, etc.

Automated and computerized control systems are not merely convenient and prestigious; they are a necessity dictated by:

  • Standards that continually raise requirements for manageability, traceability, and process safety.
  • Time and market trends demanding constant improvement in production efficiency and product quality.
  • Competition for consumers' attention, necessitating ongoing innovation and cost reduction, including through increased energy efficiency in production.

Uniservice company has years of experience in solving such tasks and is ready to provide optimal solutions for control systems of any complexity.
