Uniservice company provides warranties for all supplied equipment, systems, and components, as well as for the quality of work performed, in accordance with contractual obligations. The duration of warranty commitments depends on several factors and can range from 12 to 60 months.
To ensure proper operation of the implemented facility, Uniservice is also prepared to offer post-warranty equipment and system servicing in accordance with approved maintenance schedules and operational instructions:
- Planned equipment and system inspections;
- Planned monitoring of system components;
- Diagnostic work and preventive repairs;
- Organization of spare parts and consumables inventory;
- Replacement of consumable elements, fluids, and gases;
- Preparing equipment and systems for summer and winter operating periods;
- Updating software (with backup creation) and control system components;
- Monitoring and maintaining the proper condition of system units, structures, and elements ensuring safe and trouble-free equipment operation;
- Monitoring and maintaining the proper condition of equipment interface nodes with adjacent systems and systems supporting its operation;
- Monitoring current system parameters and, if necessary, taking corrective actions to achieve project operating modes;
- Shutdown, preservation, de-preservation, and commissioning of seasonal equipment;
- Planned and unplanned maintenance (minor, medium, and major) of equipment and systems;
- Organization of round-the-clock remote monitoring and control of equipment and systems;
- Upon the Client's request, planned and unplanned assessments of the client's maintenance staff readiness levels, conducting initial and recurrent training;
- Maintenance of proper documentation for equipment and system servicing;
- Conducting unplanned maintenance work on equipment and systems, at the Client's request.
